Terms of Service

Welcome to AH Professional Solutions, LLC DBA AH Credit Solutions ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided
We offer credit repair services aimed at improving your credit report. Our process consists of four or more rounds, each lasting 45 days. During this time, we will work to address inaccuracies and negative items on your credit report.

2. No Guarantees
While we strive to provide effective credit repair services, we cannot legally guarantee the removal of any accounts or negative items from your credit report. Results may vary based on individual circumstances.

3. Fees

Setup Fee: A one-time setup fee of $189 is required to initiate our services.
Monthly Fee: A monthly fee of $99 will be charged for the duration of the service.
Credit Report Fee: You may provide credit reports from Smart Credit or IdentityIQ. The cost for credit reports is not included. You must maintain an active subscription throughout the duration of your services.
 

4. Refund Policy
Clients who complete all four rounds of our credit repair process are eligible for a refund of the monthly fees paid if not satisfied with the results received. You must maintain your credit report monitoring with no lapses in your subscription, which may cause delays. To be eligible, there can also be no new lates, negative accounts or collections. Due to the many factors that go into generating your credit score, your refund eligibility will not be based on credit score increases. The refund will be calculated as follows:

• Total monthly fees paid minus $25 for each deletion achieved during the process.

• Total monthly fees paid minus $10 for each update or fix made to your credit report.

5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for us to perform our services. Failure to do so may affect the outcome of our efforts. You will also need to ensure you are subscribed to your credit monitoring system. Please do not open any new credit cards or loans during this time.

6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall AH Professional Solutions, LLC DBA AH Credit Solutions be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or lawsuits arising from the use of our services.

7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nevada.

10. Telemarketing & Sales Phone Calls

In accordance with federal Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR) regulations, we are unable to accept phone calls or initiate calls to prospective clients for solicitation purposes. Once you become a client, you will receive our direct phone number, email, and access to an app designed to help you track your progress.

Please note that we do not conduct consultations or answer questions via phone prior to your enrollment. This policy is in place to ensure our compliance with the stringent laws governing telemarketing practices for credit repair agencies. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to assisting you once you join our program.
